The balloon studio works for adults and children. The cake setting is designed around a recent baby or toddler reference, making it a starting point for first-birthday portraits. Plan your birthday portrait
Match the setting to the person
Choose balloons for a grown-up birthday, a child’s party portrait or a family celebration. For a first birthday, choose Cake Smash and include a clear photo of your baby at their current age. The creator should not invent a baby from adult references.
Start with a face you recognize
For babies, choose a sharp, well-lit picture with the eyes, cheeks and mouth visible. A simple seated reference is enough; there is no need to stage a real cake smash. Keep a child’s session under a parent or guardian’s control.
Give a simple color direction
Use the creator’s outfit notes for “pale blue and yellow” or “red dress, simple birthday styling.” Keep the request short. AI chooses the details of the outfit and set, so inspect clothing, hands and decorations in the preview.
Add the age and date afterward
Use a photo or invitation editor to add a name, birthday age or party details to the downloaded portrait. This keeps important wording under your control. Check the final crop before ordering invitations or prints.

Can I make first-birthday and cake-smash photos?
Yes. Choose Cake Smash and upload a recent reference of the baby or toddler. The example on this page uses a fictional one-year-old. AI can change teeth, proportions and small facial features; inspect the preview carefully before buying.
Does the birthday generator work for adults?
Yes. The balloon studio uses the age and identity in your references. Describe your preferred outfit colors. It can create a birthday-inspired portrait, but it will not document the actual party or reproduce every decoration.
Can my partner or family be in the birthday portrait?
Include clear references of each person you want shown, within the six-photo upload limit. Review every face and the group arrangement. The solo examples here do not establish a success rate for larger groups.
What is free, and what costs money?
Your first watermarked preview is free, with no account or payment card required. Paid digital galleries start at $19. You choose a gallery after reviewing the preview; there is no subscription. Printing and shipping are not included.
Will the AI portrait look exactly like the reference?
Not always. AI creates a new image, and facial details, age, clothing and hands can vary. Compare the preview with your references before paying. The people shown on this page are fictional demo subjects, not customers or evidence of a guaranteed result.
What photos should I upload?
Use 1–6 clear, recent reference photos total. Include every person or pet you want shown, with faces large and unobscured. Separate photos can be used. Avoid filters and unrelated people. Use photos you have permission to upload; a parent or guardian should manage a child’s session.
How do I get help or request deletion?
For a quality-issue review under our refund policy, contact us with your gallery link, affected photo numbers and the specific issue. You can also request deletion. Our privacy policy explains how references and generated photos are processed and stored.
