Do we need to be in the same photo?

No. Upload 1–6 clear photos that include everyone you want in the portrait. Separate pictures of each person or pet work too.

How does the free preview work?

Add your photos, label the people or pets, and select their references. Your first preview and one correction using those references are free. No account or card is required. If you buy a gallery, it includes the exact portrait you approve without our watermark, plus new variations.

Are these photographs created with AI?

Yes. Your uploaded photos guide the likeness, while AI creates a new portrait, including the setting, pose and outfits. Results can vary, which is why you see your own preview before paying.

What if the portraits don’t look right?

Contact us with your gallery link, affected photo numbers and the specific quality issue for review under our refund policy. You can also request deletion of your uploaded photos and gallery.
