Holiday Photo Studio provides AI-powered portrait generation services. You upload photos of people, and we generate AI portraits in various scenes and styles. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create images based on your uploaded photos.

Payment is processed through Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for generated images, except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you experience technical issues preventing image generation, please contact us.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your uploaded photos solely for the purpose of generating AI portraits and providing the Service. Generated images are provided to you for personal use. You may not use generated images for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The images generated by our Service are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always perfectly represent the subjects in your uploaded photos. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or unexpected results in generated images.
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holiday Photo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
